- Parents, guardians, or carers at the time of registration or class enrolment
How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain personal data for as long as a student is enrolled at Heights Dance Academy. Once a student leaves and their enrolment contract is terminated, all personal records for both the student and their parents/guardians are deleted from our systems, unless retention is required by law (e.g. for safeguarding or accounting purposes).
Who We Share Information With
We only share personal data where necessary and appropriate, including with:
- Examination boards and certifying bodies
- Authorities or organisations in line with safeguarding obligations
- Regulatory bodies where legally required
We will never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
